No. RM50 covers the doctor consultation and video examination of both ears. Cleaning, medication and additional procedures cost extra if needed.
Can I come at any time?
The clinic is open 24 hours, but this does not mean the video ear assessment is available at every hour. Please WhatsApp or call your chosen branch to confirm a time before coming.
Will both ears be examined?
Yes. The RM50 assessment includes video examination of both ears, with the findings explained by the doctor.
Is this a hearing test or an ENT specialist consultation?
This offer is a GP consultation with video examination of the ears. It does not advertise an audiometry hearing test or an ENT specialist consultation. If you need either, check with the team before booking.
How much will cleaning or treatment cost?
